Stratford Swimmers win District 25-5A Title

The Spartan swimmers have started their championship season in great form.  The JV swimmers had a very strong showing at the JV Invitational meet on January 23rd at the SBISD Natatorium.  They had season best times in most of their events and points for the divers.

The varsity swimmers competed in the District 25-5A Championship on January 31st at the SBISD Natatorium.  Both the boys and girls swim teams won the 25-5A District titles!  Emma Stephenson and Clayton Bobo were named the District Swimmers of the Year.

Stratford had two divers compete in the District 25-5A Championship on January 30th at the SBISD Natatorium.  Jordan Ransom placed first in girls and Kaivon Dixon placed first for the boys.

The varsity swimmers and divers now move on to the Region 7-5A Championships on February 5th and 6th at the Lamar Consolidated ISD Natatorium.  Here are the swimmers and divers advancing to regionals:
